Job summary

Beyout is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Kuwait to coordinate dispatch, monitor vehicle performance, and ensure timely maintenance. The role supports optimal fleet utilization and requires collaboration with drivers, mechanics, and administration.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Logistics and has 2–4 years of fleet/transportation experience. Proficiency in Excel and fleet software is expected.

• 2–4 years of experience in a fleet/transportation setting.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch vehicles as per operational demands.
• Maintain logs of vehicle movement, fuel usage, and repairs.
• Coordinate with mechanics and service teams for maintenance.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation is up-to-date.
• Generate weekly/monthly fleet reports.

• To coordinate and facilitate vehicle dispatching, tracking, maintenance scheduling, and reporting functions within the KRH Fleet operations.
• Ensure optimal utilization of fleet resources by maintaining accurate records, monitoring vehicle performance, and supporting smooth fleet operations.
