Job summary

Euro Staffs in Salmiya, HA, Kuwait, is seeking a detail-driven Financial Analyst to join our commercial team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will handle financial modeling, variance reporting, capital budgeting, and performance analysis to support executive decisions and regional growth from our Dahil Al-Mutawa Street office in Salmiya.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of corporate finance, FP&A, or investment research experience, proficient Excel skills (macros, scenario modeling), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Progress toward CFA, CMA, or CPA is strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment research in Kuwait or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain detailed dynamic financial models, cash flow projections, and long-term operating forecasts.
• Performance Analysis: Track monthly business metrics, perform gross margin and variance analyses, and evaluate operational costs against budgets.
• Management Reporting: Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and executive board reporting packages with actionable insights.
• Investment Evaluation: Evaluate capex, vendor contracts, and expansion proposals using ROI and NPV calculations.
• Audit & Regulatory Support: Assist with audit documentation and regulatory tax/zakat reporting requirements.
