Job summary

Alghanim Industries in Kuwait is seeking a finance analyst to deliver clear, accurate analysis for the finance team. You will contribute to business planning and be involved in project work and ad-hoc reporting.

The role requires professional qualification (CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent), 1–3 years post-qualification experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. ERP experience is desirable, and you will work onsite in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Professional qualification – CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent.
1–3 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance.
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify business drivers.
Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
ERP systems experience is desirable.
Self-starter and able to work across functions and in teams.
Results-driven with ability to perform on unstructured assignments.
Positive attitude and flexibility in multicultural environment.
Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Build understanding of the value drivers of the business.
Create analytics around KPIs to facilitate qualitative reporting.
Provide clear analysis for monthly reports and developing trends.
Support the business planning and forecasting processes.
Liaise with managers to develop trusted partner status through high quality analysis.
