Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Electronic or Mechatronics or relevant fields
• Fresh graduates preferred
• Basic understanding of healthcare systems and laboratory equipment is preferred
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Motivated to work in a hands‑on environment and support field operations

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Service Engineers in troubleshooting, maintenance and installation of lab analyzers
• Join senior engineers for preventive maintenance and repairs to gain hands‑on experience
• Support the field service team by communicating with customers and collecting feedback
• Assist in basic equipment checks, documentation and site readiness for service visits
• Shadow senior engineers to learn best practices for resolving issues and calibrating instruments
• Help with tools, spare parts and equipment for field visits
• Maintain communication with field service team to coordinate daily operations and service schedules
• Prepare service reports and update tracking systems
• Participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills
