Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional baker in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy bags or trays.
• Creativity in decorating baked goods is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings following established recipes.
• Operate various baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and timing.
• Decorate and finish products with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth production flow.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized according to food safety standards.
• Train new employees on baking procedures and techniques.
