Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional baker in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, sugars, fats, and other ingredients used in baking.
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy bags or trays.
• Creativity in decorating baked goods is considered an asset.
