Job summary

Al Mulla Group seeks a General Manager – Tendering & Sales to lead national and international MEP projects from inquiry to award. You will strategize growth, direct estimation and tendering, and drive competitive pricing while aligning with risk controls and corporate objectives.

In this executive role, you will manage a team of Tendering Managers and Estimation Engineers, foster client relationships, and ensure seamless handovers to project execution after contract award.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of progressive experience in MEP construction industry.
• 7–10 years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale MEP tendering, estimation and sales.
• Proven track record of winning multi-million dollar MEP contracts across varied sectors.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive strategic sales and business development plans for MEP contracting.
• Oversee end-to-end tendering, estimation, and costing for multi-discipline projects.
• Lead technical and commercial proposal development and value engineering initiatives.
• Manage risk, commercial terms, and contractual negotiations with clients/main contractors.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Tendering team and drive bidding process digitization.
