JobCenter in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee security for facilities and personnel. You will develop and implement security plans, ensure safety standards, and manage day-to-day security operations.

The role requires at least 5 years in a related field such as military or law enforcement, strong leadership, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the security department; ensure staff is adequately trained and equipped to handle any situation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and systems for protection of personnel, assets, information technology resources, confidential data/information.
• Monitor access control systems; respond to alarms or emergencies; investigate suspicious activities or persons; prepare detailed reports on investigations.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and external parties to ensure efficient operation of security measures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws/regulations pertaining to security activities.
