Qualifications

• Pakistani nationality or extensive Pakistani cuisine experience.
• Min 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in traditional Pakistani dishes with a modern flair.
• Strong leadership to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop innovative menus showcasing Pakistani cuisine for international tastes.
• Oversee kitchen operations including food preparation, inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on techniques and food safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and taste.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales and marketing to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

• Must be of Pakistani nationality (or have extensive experience cooking Pakistani cuisine)
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in preparing traditional Pakistani dishes with a modern flair
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling
