Job summary

Ecojob is seeking an experienced Executive Chef in Al-Kuwait to lead kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will manage staff, design menus, ensure food safety, and maintain high standards across all recipes and service.

The role welcomes foreign nationals, offers a monthly salary of 1,500 Kuwaiti Dinars plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, holidays and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and menu planning.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work long hours with a flexible schedule.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language is a plus.
