Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Proficiency in English language is required.
• Kenyan national with a valid biometric passport.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee menu development ensuring high quality and unique offerings.
• Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
