career-land-center-2 is seeking a dynamic Events Operations Manager to lead planning and execution of corporate, social, and premium events in Kuwait. The role requires strong organization, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure flawless delivery from concept to post-event evaluation, oversee staff, timelines and budgets, and maintain brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Female candidate (Arab / Lebanese preferred – High Priority)
• Proven experience in event operations or event management
• Background in luxury hospitality, hotels, or premium event venues is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
