Job summary

TalentScript in Kuwait seeks an energetic Partnerships & Events Associate for a well-known women’s fitness brand. You’ll drive collaborations, events, and community experiences that enhance the brand’s presence.

Working with the GM and Marketing, you’ll forge partnerships, coordinate activations, and craft engaging experiences for members and the wider community across Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate fitness events, workshops, pop-ups, and member activations.
• Build partnerships with brands, cafés, hotels, universities, wellness businesses, and corporate organizations.
• Develop collaborations with influencers, content creators, media partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Represent the brand at networking events, meetings, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendors, photographers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and content.
• Create experiences that strengthen member engagement and brand lifestyle.
• Track partnerships, event performance, and budgets; propose new ideas.

Our client, a well-known and established women’s fitness brand in Kuwait, is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and well-connected Partnerships & Events Associate to join their team.

About the Role

The Partnerships & Events Associate will play a key role in growing the brand’s presence through strategic partnerships, events, activations, and community engagement.

Working closely with the General Manager and Marketing team, you’ll build meaningful collaborations, bring creative event concepts to life, and help strengthen engagement with members and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate fitness events, workshops, pop-ups, member activations, and community experiences.
• Build and maintain partnerships with brands, cafés, hotels, universities, wellness businesses, and corporate organizations.
• Develop collaborations with influencers, content creators, media partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Represent the brand at networking events, meetings, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, photographers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, event promotion, and engaging content opportunities.
• Develop creative experiences that strengthen member engagement and reinforce the brand’s lifestyle and community positioning.
• Track partnerships, event performance, and budgets while continuously bringing fresh ideas and opportunities to the team.

• Previous experience in partnerships, events, marketing, PR, hospitality, or community engagement.
