Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years’ experience in event management, F&B, sales or marketing.
• Or a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year experience in event management, F&B, sales or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing meetings and events operations, including research of products, pricing and services, and troubleshooting conflicts.
• Review scheduled events and coordinate groups affecting property operations, ensure cleanliness and maintenance of meeting spaces.
• Oversee furniture and equipment, inventory levels, and support brand service initiatives in event management.
• Conduct daily walk-through of banquet floor to drive client satisfaction and maintain quality standards.
