You will coordinate events, supervise staff, liaise with clients and internal teams, manage scheduling, monitor guest satisfaction, and ensure adherence to brand, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or events operations management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume events under pressure

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of banquet and outside catering events
• Lead and supervise banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations
• Liaise with clients, event planners, and internal departments to confirm event requirements
• Ensure events are set up and delivered according to specifications and brand standards
• Manage staffing schedules, briefings, and on-site event supervision
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction throughout events
• Control event-related costs and resources
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
