5-Star Luxury Hotel in Kuwait City is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations. You will oversee staff, ensure HACCP compliance, and maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

The role requires strong leadership, international culinary expertise, and experience with European cuisine. Fluent English is essential, and only European nationalities are considered for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Strong background in international/European cuisine.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP practices.
• Fluency in English; European nationality preferred.
