Causeyh Khaleejtek, a Kuwait-based engineering firm, seeks a General Manager with Middle East experience reporting to the COO. The GM will plan, direct and control operations including sales, supply chain, customer relations and admin to ensure cost-effective operations and profitability growth within board limits.

Requirements include industry experience in engineering or automotive, Arabic native, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic plans and budgets to achieve business results
• Identify market trends and align business components to respond to changes
• Participate in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• Identify new lines of business and products to expand opportunities
• Plan and direct marketing and commercial activities to achieve targets
• Ensure compliance with group policies across departments (Purchasing, IT, HR)
• Lead and mentor the team to foster excellence and continuous improvement
• Prepare manpower budget and develop staffing and succession plans
• Set objectives and KPIs and oversee staffing decisions and promotions
