Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Egyptian cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Egyptian ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Al Ahmadi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Egyptian dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all dishes are presented in an attractive manner.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
