Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef with expertise in Malayalee or Egyptian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and regional flavors.
• Excellent communication skills in English (preferred).
• Ability to lead and train kitchen staff under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
• Prepare high-quality dishes according to our recipes and presentation standards
• Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety regulations
• Oversee inventory management to ensure sufficient supplies are always available
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
