Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, digital commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in E-commerce or digital sales, preferably FMCG or beverages.
• Proven knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and digital marketing metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel, analytics dashboards, and content management tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a must.

Aufgaben

• Manage product listings, pricing, availability, and promotional content across all e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor digital shelf performance, ensuring proper product placement, categorization, and content accuracy.
• Coordinate with e-commerce partners to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
• Execute strategies to drive online sales volume, revenue, and market share.
• Analyse sales trends, conversion rates, and customer purchasing behaviour to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to implement digital campaigns and in-app visibility plans.
• Manage promotional activities, bundle offers, and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
• Track platform analytics, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on online sales, promotions, and platform activity.
• Enhance online customer journey through improved product descriptions, images, ratings, and reviews.
• Collaborate with platform account managers to secure visibility slots, exclusive deals, and marketing space.
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
