Job summary

Advanced Search in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Demi Chef De Partie to support a reputed restaurant group. You will assist the Chef De Partie in daily kitchen operations, prepare and cook according to recipes, and manage assigned sections such as Hot Kitchen, Grill, Continental, Arabic, Asian, or Pastry.

Ideal candidates have a hotel/culinary diploma, 3–5 years in professional kitchens, and Gulf experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens.
• Experience as Demi Chef De Partie or strong Commis I background preferred.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Gulf experience preferred.
