Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait City is seeking a welcoming Front Desk/Guest Services professional to greet guests, assist with luggage, escort to rooms, and inform visitors about local attractions. The role requires excellent English, with Arabic a plus, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You will collaborate with Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, uphold service standards, and support safety procedures across all guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural service orientation.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods; flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring an inviting first impression.
• Assist guests with luggage handling to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage areas.
• Escort guests to rooms, explaining hotel facilities, features, and amenities.
• Offer knowledgeable information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, shuttles, and private cars.
• Handle guest packages and deliveries securely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and bell desk areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate needs to provide seamless service.
• Work closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures in handling guest belongings.
• Uphold Four Seasons service and grooming standards at all times.
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by management.

• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
