Job summary

Boutiqaat in Kuwait is seeking a Technical Project Manager to translate business and product requirements into clear plans, timelines, and milestones. You’ll connect Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned and delivery on track.

You’ll build schedules across Engineering and QA, monitor progress, identify risks, manage blockers, and coordinate dependencies across Frontend, Backend, ERP, Integrations, and third‑party systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of Technical Project Management or IT project delivery.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and product-led environments.
• Strong Jira or similar platforms and familiarity with Scrum/Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Build and maintain schedules across Engineering and QA Teams.
• Track daily progress and follow up with task owners.
• Identify delivery slippages early and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate dependencies across Frontend, Backend, ERP, Integrations, Infra, and Third-Party Systems.
• Plan and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Reviews.
