Job summary

Confidential Company in Kuwait City seeks an experienced Project Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement. You will manage complex programs across technology and business teams, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

With 12+ years in operations and service delivery, you will drive improvements, governance, and risk management while aligning with enterprise priorities and DORA metrics reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• PM certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, AgilePM, ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Over 12 years in quality engineering, operations, and service delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own L2/L3 support governance, observability, incident management and DORA metrics reporting.
• Own end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Manage governance, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project plans, roadmaps, resources and progress tracking.
• Govern timelines, scope changes and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, steering committee updates and decisions.
• Manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies with mitigations and resolution.
• Ensure adherence to PM standards, delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Support operational readiness activities including transition planning and post-go-live tracking.
• Monitor project performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Job description

• Owns L2 L3 support model SLA governance observability stack incident management and DORA metrics reporting


• Own end-to-end project delivery including planning execution monitoring and closure ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget


• Manage project governance reporting milestones risks issues dependencies and escalation processes


• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business technology operations vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery


• Establish and maintain project plans delivery roadmaps resource allocation and progress tracking


• Govern project timelines scope changes and priorities while ensuring alignment with business objectives


• Facilitate stakeholder communication steering committee updates status reporting and decision-making processes


• Manage delivery risks issues and dependencies driving mitigation actions and ensuring timely resolution

Experienced Software Engineering Test Lead/Manager with over 12 years in Quality Engineering including Test Coordinator experience.

Overall 10+ years as Operations and Service Delivery lead with strong experience in enterprise application support, AMS/IMS operations, and cross-industry delivery.

Drives service excellence, continuous improvement, and risk management to ensure business continuity and high-quality delivery.

Proven in governance, incident/problem management, stakeholder engagement, and leading large-scale transitions and modernization.
