Qualifications

• High School diploma with vocational training; Associate degree preferred.
• Must possess a driver''s license for Kuwait military license.
• Experience supervising custodial staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned per PWS and standards.
• Monitor staff providing custodial services in buildings and facilities.
• Coordinate planning, directing, and controlling custodial and landscaping activities.
• Perform inventory control and move supplies to various sites; track usage.
• Conduct routine inspections and evaluate workers against standards.
• Move or arrange furniture, perform cleaning tasks and related duties.
• Maintain adequate supplies in closets and carts; manage equipment.
• Provide training and counsel staff on performance; prepare reports.
