Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present a variety of dishes according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
• Ensure proper taste, quality, portion size and presentation of food.
• Perform food preparation activities including cutting, chopping, marinating, seasoning and cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen workstations, utensils and cooking equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Assist with inventory management, proper storage and stock rotation of food ingredients.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Follow instructions from the Chef Supervisor and support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
