Job summary

SummitLab in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, guest experience and profitability. You will lead a team, ensure service quality, manage inventories and collaborate with kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate has proven restaurant management experience, excellent English, strong leadership and budgeting skills; Arabic knowledge is a plus. A hospitality degree is preferred but not required. This is a contract role with a monthly salary of 1,700 USD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in F&B.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with English fluency; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Strong budgeting, inventory management and cost-control abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling, inventory, and budget.
• Ensure high-quality food, beverage offerings and cleanliness; uphold safety standards.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen team on menu items and specials.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet financial goals.
• Lead regular staff meetings and maintain supplier relationships.
