Job summary

Responsibilities

• Distribute Statements of Account to clients and collect amounts.
• Compare Statements with collected amounts for accuracy.
• Visit clients with the accountant to resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate unpaid amounts and issues efficiently.
• Prepare daily client visit reports and share with Accounting.
• Maintain clear communication with customers to meet objectives.
