This role blends hands-on beverage prep with staff training, tastings, inventory oversight, and collaboration on product selection and merchandising, with a strong emphasis on quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a barista or coffee-related role.
• Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, roasting processes and brewing methods.
• SCA certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using various brewing methods.
