Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment at Chef de Partie level.

Responsibilities

• Check quality of raw materials and storage.
• Maintain highest hygiene standards in food preparation.
• Keep station clean and organized; ensure Mise en Place per production plan.
• Assist in other food production areas as required by senior chefs.
• Follow FLS policy sections and sign Employee Declarations.
• Co-operate with company to comply with FLS legislation.
