Boeing is seeking a C-17 Lead Coordinator to support the Kuwait-based Globemaster III maintenance program at Al Mubarak Air Base. This senior role requires coordinating organizational maintenance activities, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring readiness and compliance with mission requirements.

Applicants must have 10+ years in C-17 maintenance, hold US citizenship, and be able to obtain a US security clearance. Kuwait-based relocation and visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of C-17 maintenance experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain US security clearance.
• Interim and/or final US secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple final scheduled maintenance visit plans for C-17 at Al Mubarak Air Base.
• Lead, train and mentor a team of mechanics/technicians in daily aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance planning with logistics, ensure parts availability and schedule adherence.
• Communicate status and actions between field ops, Boeing support, and Kuwaiti air crews.
