Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests and departments to meet guest needs and events.
• Set up banquet areas and ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of furniture/equipment.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
• Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Follow company safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
