Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking a seasoned Azure Cloud Architect to design, deploy, and optimize Azure Landing Zones in line with Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework. The role focuses on secure, scalable cloud architectures, migration of apps, and cost-efficient operations.

You will implement governance, RBAC, security policies, and automation using ARM/Bicep/Terraform, Azure Monitor, and CI/CD pipelines. Cloud experience with GCP or other providers is a plus, and a 5+ year track record is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer/electronics engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT or cloud-related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure Landing Zones following Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable cloud architectures.
• Lead migration and modernization of applications using PaaS and cloud-native solutions.
• Implement cloud governance, security, and compliance policies, including RBAC, Defender for Cloud, and Key Vault.
• Manage and optimize network, storage, and compute resources for high availability and performance.
• Drive automation and operational excellence using IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), Azure Monitor, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee cost management, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of Azure services.
• Support AI, data, and hybrid/multi-cloud initiatives while maintaining documentation.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud providers is a plus.

Education & Experience Requirements:
