Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa in Kuwait City is seeking an Assistant Manager - Outside Catering Service to lead the event service team and drive exceptional support for all event types within the hotel and in external venues. As an Assistant Manager - Outside Catering Service, you will enjoy to assist in leading, motivating and driving the event service team function of the largest conference and convention hotel in Kuwait.

The flexible event space covers over 6000 sqm and you will be responsible to manage all event types in and outside the hotel.

This role requires hands on leadership with strong people management, communications and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the event service team, while ensuring that the department aligns perfectly with the hotel operational strategies and brand standards.
