Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Manager for Lobby Lounge to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Hyatt International standards within budget and brand concepts.

The candidate should have a hospitality or restaurant management qualification and at least 2 years as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant, with Arabic language preference noted for this role.

Qualifications

• Arabic-speaking females are preferred for this outlet/role.
• An potential candidate will ideally have:
• Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the outlet in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Manage the assigned outlet as a profitable centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget.
