Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group in Kuwait seeks an Analyzer Engineer to lead the maintenance of online analyzers, gas chromatographs, and lab instrumentation. The role requires steering preventive, corrective, and breakdown activities, reviewing CMMS-driven schedules, and ensuring calibration accuracy and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience maintaining and calibrating online analyzers, gas chromatographs, and laboratory instrumentation, including at least 4 years in Oil & Gas or similar process industry.
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong knowledge of analyzer calibration, troubleshooting, testing, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience maintaining calibration records, equipment history, and technical documentation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of industrial safety standards and permit-to-work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead technicians responsible for maintenance of online analyzers, gas chromatographs, and laboratory instrumentation.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Review work orders, maintenance schedules, and spare parts requirements using CMMS.
• Perform and supervise analyzer calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, calibration gases, and consumables for maintenance operations.
• Maintain equipment history, calibration records, and maintenance documentation.
• Conduct final inspection, testing, and operational adjustments following maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit-to-work procedures, and maintenance best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.
