• Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and keep stations stocked and sanitary.
• Manage inventory needs and prepare requisitions for supplies and food items.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to ensure well-being.
