Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced supervisor for colleagues' accommodation and HR administration in Kuwait. You will oversee daily operations, room allocations, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure standards are met.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office. You will handle attendance, payroll support, and confidential personnel records while fostering a respectful living

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in staff accommodation or HR administration.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of timekeeping, attendance and payroll processes.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential employee information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the colleagues’ accommodation, ensuring rooms and common areas are clean, safe, well maintained and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Manage room allocations, check-ins, check-outs and accommodation records, maintaining accurate occupancy and room assignment information.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security and other departments on maintenance, cleanliness, safety and repair requirements.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive and positive living environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support the HR team with filing and maintenance of colleague personnel records.
• Assist with daily timekeeping and attendance, including corrections with relevant departments.
• Support monthly payroll preparation by checking attendance and other payroll information before submission.
• Assist with routine HR administration, including forms, letters, trackers, reports and records.
