Qualifications
- 7+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, and/or real estate funds.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience with fund-level accounting and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic decisions about team buildout and operational policies.
- Develop and improve fund administration workflows.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of fund accountants.
