Qualifications

• 7-12 years combined experience in fund administration, investor relations, or fund accounting in real estate private equity.
• Proven track record managing close-end real estate funds between $50-$500M.
• Strong understanding of capital calls, distributions, IRR/MOIC reporting, and GP/LP alignment.
• Highly professional and polished.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee the GL, partner capital accounts, and management fees.
• Manage subscription agreements, KYC/AML, and investor accreditation.
• Lead onboarding of new investors and manage CRM.
• Ensure compliance with filing and governance requirements.
