Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism preferred.
- Understanding of functional communication training, differential reinforcement, and PBSPs preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills to operate Microsoft programs.
- Ability to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to structure the classroom to meet educational goals.
- Oversee the behavior plan implementation and provide behavioral supports for the school day.
- Perform Discrete Trial Training sessions as needed and train staff.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for treatment plan meetings.
- Develop and update Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) using FBA data.
- Attend Case Conferences and IEP meetings; support social skills programs.
