Job summary

University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB is seeking a Program Coordinator to design and run college and career readiness programs for high school students. You will engage youth facing adversity, including foster care and homelessness, and develop workshops on readiness, financial aid, career planning, leadership, and living skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, collaborating with schools and partners, and evaluating outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 2 years in an educational setting.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Canva.
Ability to handle confidential information and work with diverse groups.
Reliability, attention to detail, initiative and autonomy.

Responsibilities

Design, coordinate, and implement college and career readiness programming for high school-aged youth.
Provide outreach and engagement for youth who have experienced adversity, including foster care and homelessness.
Develop workshops on College Readiness, Financial Aid, Career Planning, and Leadership.
Coordinate program logistics: scheduling, materials, presenters, transportation, participant support.
Evaluate programming and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
