Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an educational or professional admin capacity or commensurate experience.
1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service to applicants and interns.
Mentor and encourage candidates to pursue certification.
Engage with candidates to strategize and problem-solve through the program.
Assist with state operations events and outreach as needed.
Build relationships with local districts and communities.
