Job summary
The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a qualified individual to support and improve our Electronic Health Records System (EHR). This role involves planning, design, training, and support to ensure regulatory compliance, requiring a graduate nursing degree and a current nursing license.
You will act as the primary contact for end users, resolve issues, and participate in system design and testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Qualifications
- Must have a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Two years of expertise in healthcare business processes required.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the use and continuous improvement of the Company's Electronic Health Records System (EHR).
- Acts as the primary support contact for the application’s end users.
- Participates in training and works with end users.
