• Experience with CRM platforms mentioned above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person undergraduate courses in Technology Account Management.
• Integrate industry practices, case studies, and real-world applications into instruction.
• Provide timely feedback, assess student learning, and maintain course records.
• Foster an engaging, collaborative learning environment for student success.
• Communicate regularly with students and department leadership.
