The role requires a high school diploma and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required, with two years of related experience preferred.
Experience in a financial aid or student-services environment is a plus.
Experience handling high-volume inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Experience logging customer information in a call-tracking system.

Responsibilities

Resolves basic issues and inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding FASS and SBS processes and policies.
Assists with self-service activities to improve customer understanding and satisfaction.
Responds promptly to inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Escalates complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
Participates in training to improve university policies and processes.
