Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Experience leading teams in healthcare or operational settings.
Knowledge of revenue cycle management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative operations and support practice performance.
Monitor financial metrics and manage budgets.
