The Senior Manager for Fluids and Medical defines and implements a strategic plan to grow short and long-term SEE market share in the Fluids & Medical area with specific initiatives and a customer-centric approach. Reporting to the Executive Director Strategic Marketing, the candidate will identify customers’ pain points in the value chain to win end-user preference, gives inputs and strategic recommendations to deploy packaging solutions in the Fluids and Medical film business leveraging on current and future SEE portfolio.

- Fluent English both spoken and written
- We hire for competence fit, capacity to learn and experience. 10+ years’ experience in the packaging industry and Marketing Background strongly preferred.
- Experience in Project Management is an advantage.
- Ability to liaise, influence and coordinate across functions and countries.
- Market knowledge and analysis to identify future market trends and customer needs.
- Creativity to develop market strategies, with the drive to develop and introduce these new systems into the marketplace.
- Ownership and initiative in everything you do with limited supervision and thrive working as part of cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills combined with willingness to embrace ideas from outside regions and companies.
