Job Duties:
Key elements of the business analysis role include supporting the establishment of target costs, cost monitoring, new product introduction analysis, value chain analysis, and investment analysis. These analyses utilize both enterprise and accountable perspectives to guide the unit’s corporate decision-making, as reviewed by the leadership team.
Supports forecasting and planning for the annual business plan, quarterly rolling forecasts, including variable efficiency, period cost control, inventory, and capital expenditure (capex), considering volume flexibility and strategic changes.
Guides operational reporting on key elements such as variable and period costs, capex, and inventory.
Ensures inventory valuation complies with US and Local GAAP and corporate guidelines.
Supports compliance, proper control documentation for capex and inventory.
Leads digital development, transformation, and continuous process improvements.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Business Resource Manager.

Background / Experience:
Requires a 4-year degree in accounting or equivalent; non-accounting degrees require at least 18 hours of college-level accounting or an approved certification. International equivalents are typically accepted outside the U.S. Must have a proven record of process improvements and accomplishments, demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment, and excellent communication skills. 5-7 years of accounting experience is recommended.
