UNICEF seeks a dedicated consultant for a 5-month remote assignment to support the National Youth Advisory Board (YAB) and Local YABs in understanding violence as a multidimensional issue affecting children, adolescents and youth.

Under the guidance of the Adolescent Development Manager, the consultant will develop an evidence-based causal framework, strengthen capacities through participatory workshops, and help elaborate national and local youth-led workplans to prevent violence and promote

Qualifications

• Masters in social sciences, law, psychology, pedagogy, human rights, or related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English required.
• Experience with youth-focused research or programs is essential.

Responsabilités

• Support the National Youth Advisory Board (YAB) and 6 Local Youth Advisory Boards in understanding violence as a multidimensional issue affecting youth.
• Produce an evidence-based causal analysis and conceptual framework.
• Strengthen YAB members' capacities through participatory workshops.
• Facilitate development of youth-led workplans at national and local levels.
